Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 4 to 6 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.
