| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 20 per night and person in a baby cot. One children from 4 to 10 years is charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One children from 11 to 16 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 400 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
