| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 18 per night per person for cots. One children from 3 to 5 years is charged EUR 48 per night and person in an extra bed. One children from 6 to 8 years is charged EUR 60 per night and person in an extra bed. One children from 9 to 12 years is charged EUR 85 per night and person in an extra bed. One children from 13 to 14 years is charged EUR 95 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 9.90 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
