Cancellation Policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included.

EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and costs EUR 4 per hour.
