| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 4 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 5 to 13 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3 per hour. Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
