Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 10 years are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 11 to 15 years are charged EUR 35 per night per person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 0.79 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs EUR 20 per person per night.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
