Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged EUR 21.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
