| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 5 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 10 to 16 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
