If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All rooms are fully equipped. The kitchens feature a refrigerator, a microwave, cutlery, etc. Each room has numerous storage possibilitie, also for large pieces of luggage. You can also rent your own cellar space for a small charge.

Business rooms (28 m²) are for 1 or 2 people (extra bed available). They have a bed (140 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed.

Superior rooms (35 m²) are for 2 people (extra bed available) and have 2 beds (both 90 x 200 cm) which can be separated or put together. There is also a sofa bed.

Apartments (55 m²) are for 2 to 3 adults with a balcony/terrace. Each has a bedroom, a sofa bed, a comfortable living room and a large kitchen.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Guest Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day. Free public parking is possible on site.
