Surrounded by the Kitzbühel Alps and Zillertal Alps, Alpenherz Hotel offers spacious rooms with mountain views in the centre of Gerlos. There is a spa area with a sauna.

Alpenherz Hotel’s spa facilities include a steam bath, herbal bath, infrared cabin, and solarium. A free internet terminal is also available.

All rooms have traditional Tyrolean furniture, cable TV, and a bathroom with cosmetic mirror and bathrobes. Most rooms at the Alpenherz have a balcony and a living area.

The breakfast buffet is served in a traditional Tyrolean dining room or in the modern winter garden. The Alpenherz has a country-style bar with an open fireplace.

The ski bus stop is 50 metres away. Guided hikes take place regularly. Parking is available free of charge at Hotel Alpenherz.

Immerse yourself in the relaxing atmosphere of our little wellness oasis. The sanarium cabin offers 15 different forms of bathing. We pamper you daily with a different wellness programme: Finnish sauna, warm air bath, aroma steam bath, herbal fragrance bath, tropical bath. Or experience pure relaxation in our infrared therapy cabin. In addition to pleasant warmth permeating your skin, fragrant oils, soothing music, and colour therapy will help you to relax. If you are particularly sensitive to weather changes, you can receive the lacking sun rays with the full spectrum of sunlight (treatment).

You will find refreshments in the relaxation room where soft music and the splashing of water from the Serpentin fountain create a relaxing atmosphere.

Our tip when you pack your suitcases: We will provide you with a bathrobe and slippers.

Children will find funny toys in the play room, you can play and run on the play lawn, and there is table tennis, table-top football, darts, computer games and Internet access.

The rooms are furnished in an elegant style and equipped with many modern amenities. Most rooms have a balcony and a cosy living area. All rooms are non-smoking.

Enjoy your breakfast in our rustic Tyrolean Parlour or in the airy modern winter garden with a direct view of the village and the rushing Gerlos stream.

Our buffet consists of wholemeal bread, rolls, toast, muesli, cereals, natural yoghurt, fruit juices, a choice of jams, a choice of teas, Tyrolean bacon, local cheese, fresh cakes, a fruit basket, egg dishes, savoury spreads and fresh milk.

Our hotel is only about 200 metres from the centre. The post office, banks, restaurants, discos, shops, a sports-equipment rental store and the shuttle bus stop are only a few minutes’ walk away. Enjoy the incomparable mountain view and the rushing Gerlos stream, directly in front of the hotel. We are the ideal starting point to reach the 4 side valleys of Gerlos.

From Jenbach take a bus or the Zillertal Railway to Zell am Ziller and continue by bus to Gerlos. Pick-up by taxi at Zell am Ziller can be organised on request.
