The Tauernhof is located in the centre of Flachau, 66 km south of the city of Salzburg at the heart of the Ski Amadé sport world, and is an ideal starting point for skiers in winter and mountain bikers and hikers in summer.

The Funsport-, Bike- und Skihotelanlage Tauernhof combines the comfort of a 4-star hotel and a high-quality cuisine with an easy-going atmosphere and a sporty ambience. All facilities and services can be used free of charge, including indoor pool, sauna, steam bath and gym.

In winter there is ski rental, a ski school, ski service and a locked ski cellar available. There is a ski bus stop in front of the hotel, and après ski and side events are organised regularly (night skiing, curling, horse-drawn carriage rides, winter hikes with torches, snow tubing, etc).

In summer there is a fun park for kids and teenagers at the hotel, a daily active programme with the in-house sports guides, a sports camp, a bike centre with mountain bike rental, a climbing wall at the hotel, a beach volleyball court, daily guided biking and hiking tours, as well as canyoning, rafting, quad driving, a high-ropes course and much more.
