Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9 per night per person when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 9 per night per person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 16 per night per person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs EUR 20 per person per night.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
