Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 7 years are charged EUR 58 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 8 to 11 years are charged EUR 64 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 73 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 16 to 17 years are charged EUR 88 per night per person for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10.00 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Full board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
