Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
