Located directly on the shore of Lake Faak, Dorf Seeleitn features its own lake access. The spacious apartments are located in traditional Carinthian farmhouses.

Each apartment at the Seeleitn has a living room with satellite TV, a safe, and a kitchen with a dining area.

The Dorfwirt restaurant serves Carinthian specialities and international cuisine. The all-inclusive board includes a breakfast buffet, lunch, afternoon snacks and selected ice creams, and a dinner buffet or a 3-course meal with a choice of dishes. A wide selection of drinks (hot, cold, nonalcoholic, alcoholic) is served during meal times as well as during bar hours from 12:00 to 22:00.

Professional care is available for children from 3 years of age. Free parking is available on site.

There is a big sunbathing area and many water sports opportunities at the lake. The surrounding area, including the Karawanken Mountains, provides a wide range of sports and leisure options.

Dorf Seeleitn is only open from May to September. Free pick-up is offered from the train station at Faak am See. Pick-up from Villach Train Station is available at an additional cost.

Pick-up is also possible (at a charge) from the airports at Klagenfurt (50 km), Ljubljana (90 km), Graz (150 km) and Salzburg (180 km).

Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
