Faak am See’s Karglhof Villa offers spacious apartments with a balcony or terrace that enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. A living room, kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom are also featured and Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The property has a private beach at Lake Faak, which can be reached by car in 4 minutes. The Villa is located on a 2000m² plot of land which has an extensive children's playground.

A 6000 m² children's playground and adventure park can also be visited 200 metres away. The grounds have a football, volleyball and badminton field, a trampoline, climbing frame, sandpit, swings and slides. A go-kart track can also be used there.

Guided herb and mushroom picking walks can be arranged upon request. Finkenstein Golf Club is 4 km away. The region around Lake Faak is a popular starting point for hiking and cycling.

Villach can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Warmbad-Villach thermal baths can be visited there. The Gerlitzen Ski Area and Klagenfurt Airport are both a 30-minute drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
