In our house we only offer breakfast buffet. In addition, you have the option to choose a half-board arrangement at the Hotel Blattlhof (about a 7-minute walk away):
- 4-course evening meal (choice of dishes) with salad and dessert buffet
- 1 x barbecue evening with music in the summer
- 1 x a week farmer’s buffet in winter

Surrounded by the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski and mountain arena, the impressive landscape at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain offers everything for unforgettable summer and winter fun. Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking and climbing, while in winter, skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and much more are offered.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 30 (Apartment for 2 Adults) and EUR 60 (Apartment for 4 Adults) is not included in the apartment rate and is payable directly at the hotel.

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 11 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
