By car:
- Follow motorway A11, direction of Slovenia, until exit St. Niklas/Faaker See.
- Continue in the direction of the roundabout and take the first exit to your right.
- Follow the road for 300 metres and then turn left at the next junction.
- In Egg am See, after the road takes a quick bend to the right, you will see a
bus station.
- Before reaching the bus-station turn right into the small street.

Cancellation policy:   Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
