It will bring you to the modern lifts and cable railways of the Gasteinertal with the best-prepared runs and cross-country tracks; something for every taste. Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, curling, horse drawn sleighs and an après ski, all turn a holiday into an adventure.
And: Dorfgastein is the ideal starting point to over 180 sightseeing attractions such as:

From Innsbruck (about 2 hours): Highway via "Wörgl", national highway 312 via "St. Johann/Tirol" to "Lofer", then highway 311 via
"Zell am See" to "Lend", exit "Gasteinertal", highway to Klammstein (before Dorfgastein).
Coming from the South, take the way via "Villach, Möllbrücke and Obervellach" to "Mallnitz" and from there to"Gastein".
