Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 42 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 3 to 8 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 9 to 17 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
