| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10 per night per person for cots. Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
