Nuestros clientes podrán ver una película en el cine del hotel o coger el autocar a las estaciones de esquí más cercanas. Relájese en la sauna o en los baños de vapor tras un día en las pistas. A sus hijos les encantará la gran zona de juegos interior. Y, si le entusiasma el deporte, el hotel alquila gratis bicicletas en verano, además de contar con una pista de voleibol.

Todas las habitaciones están decoradas con muebles de fabricación artesanal, que crean un ambiente muy agradable.

Comience bien el día con nuestro surtido desayuno buffet, que incluye platos preparados fríos y calientes y productos del día procedentes de las granjas alpinas locales. Se sirve hasta las 10:30. Por la tarde, nuestros clientes podrán escoger un aperitivo del buffet.

La cena consiste en cuatro platos de menú típicos de la cocina austriaca, con opción vegetariana. Se ofrecen también menús especiales para niños. Una vez a la semana, sustituimos la cena habitual por una cena de gala con buffet.

El valle Gasteinertal y el parque natural Hohe Tauern le esperan con sus bellos paisajes. Dese un baño en las termas o en el lago cercano al hotel, y admire la belleza de la escena que forman los demás lagos de montaña. En los alrededores podrá practicar numerosas actividades al aire libre, como senderismo de invierno y rutas por el río Gasteiner Ache.

By car:
- Coming from the South, follow the motorway until Millstätter See
(motorway ending).
- Continue on the N106 until Obervellach.
- Continue in the direction of Mallnitz.
- Take you car across the Alps by car-train to Böckstein.
- Continue in the direction of Bad Gastein.
- Do not enter the town centre, but continue downhill until you reach the
valley bottom.
- At the first crossing turn right in the direction of Kötschachdorf-Remsach
(Hotel Sonngastein is also signposted).
- Continue for about 1 km until you reach a bridge.
- Immediately turn left and continue for approximately 50 metres until you
see the hotel.

- Coming from the West, follow the Inntal motorway until exit Wörgl-Ost.
- Continue in the direction of Söll, St. Johann in Tirol and Hochfilzen.
- Continue in the direction of Saalfelden, Zell am See and then Bad
Hofgastein.
- Stay on the main road and when you come to the roundabout, continue
straight ahead.
- Turn, after approximately 1,8 km, left (direction of Kötschachdorf-Remsach
and Hotel Sonngastein).
- Continue for about 1 km until you reach a bridge.
- Immediately turn left and continue for approximately 50 metres until you
see the hotel.

- Coming from the East, exit the motorway in Bischofshofen and continue in
the direction of Gasteinertal.
- Continue on the national road, passing St. Johann im Pongau and
Schwarzach in the process.
- Turn, after a few kilometers after Schwarzach, left and continue through
the tunnel.
- Once in the Gastein Valley, pass Dorfgastein and Bad Hofgastein (never
leave the main road).
- At the roundabout continue straight ahead.
- Turn, after approximately 1,8 km, left (direction of Kötschachdorf-Remsach
and Hotel Sonngastein).
- Continue for about 1 km until you reach a bridge.
- Immediately turn left and continue for approximately 50 metres until you
see the hotel.
