| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4 per night per person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
