Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 4 to 5 years are charged EUR 41 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 48 per night per person for extra beds.
All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 53 per night per person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
