Area information
A lot of sights are close to the hotel. These include the historical city of Salzburg, the salt mines, the Zoo and castle Hellbrunn with the famous "water games". In the winter you can easily reach the ski areas - Amadé, Dachstein West and Jenner and Götschen in Berchtesgaden.
In the summer you can use the "Mozart" cycling way or one of the other routes for bikes. If you like you can make a tour up to the Untersberg.

Travel information
From the airport you should take a taxi to the hotel ( around EUR 20 each way).
From the station take the bus number 170 and get off at the bus stop "Niederalm Ortsmitte". It is just 150 metres from the hotel.
By car:
- Take the exit "Salzburg Süd" and go to Anif.
- At the crossing with the traffic lights turn to the right.
- After 2 km you will see the Hotel Kaiserhof on the left.

Guests have to pay for their stay on departure.
We does not require a deposit, we pre-authorize the credit card. For check In they must fill in a formular for the austrian administration. We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Diners Amex or cash).
Disabled persons:
We do not have disabled facilities, but the restaurant can
easily be entered by persons in wheelchair. Our rooms are only in the
1 floor and upper floors. 'We do not have an elevator.
