Art-Lodge

Nestled amid the Nockberge region in western Carinthia, the stylish Art-Lodge is situated on a 16,000 m² plot of land. It offers a spa area, a natural pool and free Wi-fi.

A former farm with a 300-years history, the main building was carefully renovated and the barn was converted into comfortable guest accommodations.

There is a natural pool and a small spa hut in the courtyard. The hotel is right next to the ski slope at 1,058 metres above sea level, only 300 metres from the chair lift station.

Cuisine from all over the world prepared from organic ingredients of local farmers is served in the intimate restaurant. Breakfast is served until 13:00.

Within the structures of the old buildings, we have developed 2 single rooms, one double room, 4 superior rooms and 5 suites. Each of these units is unique in design, material selection and furnishing.

The equipment is of a superior standard - from the bathrobes, digital satellite TV, WiFi and DVD player (on request) to free drinks from the self-service bar situated on every floor, you will find everything you need to relax. 2 suites can be used as family suites as each has 2 bedrooms. All rooms and suites have a balcony and/or terrace, with 2 of them facing the south and the pool area, while all others have a panoramic view of the southern Alps.

Our intimate restaurant, which seats only 24 people, combines organic meat from neighbouring farms with different recipes from various countries and continents.

There are seemingly endless sports and leisure options in the vicinity of the hotel: 15 golf courses, mountain biking and jogging trails, many bridle paths, more than 100 lakes and a paradise for paragliders nearby (the Gerlitzen mountain).

Individual activities, including hikes, excursions, Nordic walking tours, ski safaris, mountain biking, etc. can be organised depending on the demand and the weather.

The hotel is about a 40-minute drive from Klagenfurt Airport and about a 20-minute drive from Villach Train Station. From Salzburg it is approximately a 90-minute drive.
