| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years is charged EUR 7 per night and person in a baby cot. One children from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 10 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 4 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 7 per 24 hours. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6 per person per night. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
