This smart hotel enjoys direct access to the ski runs of Pas de la Casa, high amongst the mountains of the Andorran Pyrenees – perfect for a ski holiday on some of Europe’s best pistes.

Collect your ski passes from the Kandahar’s reception and enjoy the excellent local skiing. Whilst on the piste you can enjoy a warming Irish coffee or cheese fondue from the hotel. Then, finish off the evening with some après-ski entertainment and a hearty, home-made Andorran dinner in the restaurant.

On weekday evenings, children can be left to enjoy the supervised entertainment activities or in the creche. Both adults and children can also enjoy a relaxing swim in the heated swimming pool.

Hotel information

The hotel’s reception can arrange for ski passes for the following day. Ski school lessons can also be booked through the reception. There is also a ski shop right beside the hotel.

Children’s entertainment is provided every weeknight between 18.00 and 20.00. Creche services are also available for an extra fee.

All rooms were refurbished in 2006, and boast views over the square or ski slopes. Each one comes equipped with a plasma-screen TV and a bathroom with bathtub.

Food & beverage

The hotel’s restaurant serves a daily breakfast and a rich buffet and à la carte dinner. All dishes are home-made, many using fine local produce. Children and those with special dietary requirements are catered for.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 1 year are charged EUR 9.00 per night and person for cots.
One child from 2 to 4 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 5 to 6 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 7 to 8 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
