F&G La Cabana

Located in the quaint mountain village of Ordino, this hotel is designed for family ski breaks on the fantastic slopes of the Spanish Pyrenees.

The F&G La Cabana is conveniently located just 2 km from the pistes of Vallnord – known for its snowboarding. You can also easily reach the resort of Arcalis, 12 km away. The capital city of Andorra la Vella, with its tax-free shopping, is just 10 minutes away by car. During the summer months, the local area is known for its rafting, horse riding, hiking and mountain biking – all taking advantage of the beautiful natural surroundings. You can also explore the Sorteny National Park and the idyllic Tristaina lakes.

Before a busy day in the open air you can enjoy the hotel’s traditional buffet breakfast, and return for other local specialties later on. When the weather is good you can also take a drink outside onto the attractive terrace.

Sorteny valley natural park
Interpretative routes through a botanical paradise with over 700 plants and flowers species, some of them unique in the Pyrenees mountains. Botanic specialists will halp you discover the ancstral use of these high mountain plants and the traditional life.
The iron route
This is a route proposal linked to the iron tradition. If we take the Camí Ral, near the the old Llorts mine, we will find a sculptures exposition in the middle of nature: they are the Iron Men.
Nature excursions
you will be able to walk, discover, relax and enjoy more than 36 interesting routes with different levels of difficulty through the paths at Ordino Valley and La Massana Parish Church. Peaks such as “Pico de la Font Blanca (2903 m.), “Pico de la Serrera (2913 m.), “Pico de Coma Pedrosa (2942 m.), “Estany de l’Estanyó” or “Estany Negre (2629 m.).
Museums
You can visit museums such as “casa d’Areny- Plandolit”, Andorra Postal Museum, Casa Rull Museum, Farga Rosell, Sant Jordi or Christianism Iconographic Museum.
Ordino golf par 3
It is place in the village Cortinada. It is a 9 hole golf course, and it has a soft and amusing round surrounded by an exceptional environment. It is recommended either for expert players or for beginners.
Ordino sport center
It is a meeting place that combines sport and relaxation because of having one of the largest offers of the whole valley: climatized swimming-pool of 25 m, children swimming- pool, gym and fitness, aeorobic, UVA boxes, sauna, spa, and outdoor wall for climbing.
