Cancellation Policy:		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7 per night per person for cots. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 4 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable.
