Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 4 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per 30 minutes.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
