Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 40 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 4 % VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 14 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
