Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One older child or adult is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 4 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 6 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
