Take the exit to the left in direction of the N-260, Puigcerdà highway and follow the signs for La Seu d’Urgell. Continue in the direction of Andorra. When you pass the Spanish/Andorran border, drive through Sant Julià de Lòira and follow directions for “Centro Ciudad/Hospital”.
