Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 40.00 per night when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first two nights will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 15.00 per day.
