| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two older children or adults are charged USD 15 per night per person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Groups: No special conditions apply for groups. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in public areas and charges are applicable. Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs USD 15 per person per night. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
