Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30-7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 6-1 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for cots.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 30.00 per night for extra beds.
