A refundable security deposit of USD 100 will be charged at the time of booking (see Hotel Policies). This deposit is held against damage to the property, furnishings, excessive cleaning or loss of keys.

After booking, the property will email you a copy of the credit card receipt. This receipt must be signed and returned, along with copy of a valid photo ID. A booking confirmation will been sent after the credit card has been approved.

Every villa has their own staff & housekeepers that are always at the Villa & they will provide the keys to the guest on arrival.

Transportation to and from the property will be provided for an additional fee.
