A refundable security deposit of USD 100 will be charged at the time of booking (see Hotel Policies). This deposit is held against damage to the property, furnishings, excessive cleaning or loss of keys.

After booking, the property will email you a copy of the credit card receipt. This receipt must be signed and returned, along with copy of a valid photo ID.

Please note that this property has no reception. Every villa has its own staff and housekeepers that are always at the villa; they will provide the keys upon arrival.
