Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One children from 2 to 4 years is charged THB 890 per night and person in an extra bed.
One children from 4 to 14 years is charged THB 1780 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs THB 650 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
