Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Up to two older children or adults are charged THB 600 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs THB 500.00 per hour.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
