The Butterfly Terrace takes its name from The Samui Butterfly Garden located nearby at Laem Natien, an enclosed tropical park containing hundreds of butterflies and some beehives. A hillside observatory offers breathtaking views of the coast.

For those more interested in the sea, a glass-bottomed boat is also available for viewing the local coral reef.
