Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged SGD 45 per night and person in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged SGD 56 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: Tax is not applicable.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs SGD 10 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
