Chatz Brasserie located at the Lower Lobby. Modern and stylish with an open kitchen concept. Offering an eclectic mix of traditional local fare, it also features other Asian and international dishes, a la carte or buffet Style. Equipped with a wood fire oven, melt-in-the-mouth pizzas are definitely the brasserie’s signature especially. Open daily from 6.00 am to 12.00 midnight.
Bossa Nova, a Brazilian Grill located at the hotel's lower lobby, presents Churrascaria - a delightful experience of carefully chosen prime cuts tenderly grilled and expertly carved straight off the skewer in thin slices at each guest table by our resident "Passedor". All cuts are of prime quality imported from Argentina and Australia.
Si Chuan Dou Hua, located at the Lower Lobby. This Chinese restaurant showcases traditional authenticity in cuisine complemented by contemporary elegance in decor. Culinary delights comprise fresh seafood and other delicacies prepared in Sichuan and Cantonese as well as dainty Dim Sum. Dining experience is also made memorable by the master tea pourer serving the restaurant’s signature Eight Treasures Tea with his 1-metre nose tea kettle with such precision.
