Travel information
From the Train Station:
Follow the signs which lead you to the ferry terminal which is adjacent to the train station (5 mins walk). The journey to Georgetown terminal is approximately 20 minutes.
From the terminal, a 3 minute walk takes you to the taxi/bus stand. The journey through the streets of Georgetown should take approximately 10 minutes. You can also try the trishaws (Please enquire about the fare before boarding a taxi or trishaw).
By car;
-Turn left as you come out from the ferry terminal. -You are now in Jalan Pengkalan Weld.
- Make a right at the first right turning and you will be in Chulia Street.
-Continue along this street and it will lead you to the end where it meets Penang Road and Argyll Road.
-You will see Veenai Odeon cinema right in front of you.
-There is a road divider ahead which blocks your passage to Argyll Road.
- Turn left into Penang road and take the first right into Dato' Koyah road and another right into Clarke Street.
- You will see the MAA Building as you make a left into Argyll road.
-The hotel is just 3 doors from the MAA building. -You will notice a Caltex petrol station on your left before reaching the hotel.
