The restaurant China Shadow offers Lunch and Dinner .China Shadow puts a slight spin on tradition to create its version of contemporary Cantonese cuisine. With a nod to ancient Chinese cooking techniques and flavours handed down for 4,000 years, the chefs gently season their dishes with essences of Szechwan, Shanghai and Beijing to enhance the natural flavours, textures and fragrances. Four private dining rooms, each accommodating up to 10 guests, are ideal for family gatherings or entertaining clients.

Water surrounds the dining environment, which is bathed in sunlight by day and aglow with candles by night.
