Each property at Iori Kyoto Townhouse is completely non-smoking, including the garden areas. A fridge is provided, as are several teas and a coffee maker with local organic coffee. Toilets are state-of-the-art, and bathroom amenities are included.

Free English-language concierge services are on offer, and luggage storage and bicycle hire are available.

When the reservation has been confirmed, the guest will be sent an email with the address of the property, the code for the townhouse's electronic lock and the management company's phone number.
Guests should call the company to arrange a check-in time upon arrival in Kyoto, and go directly to the property at the decided time. The staff member will give the guest a tour of the property.
Guests can call the company if they have any questions or problems.

Full payment must be made within 5 days to confirm the booking. The hotel will send the guest an email with a Paypal link, and the guest should follow the instructions to pay the specified amount.

Linens can be changed daily upon request.

All properties are strictly non-smoking throughout. Use of an open flame within the property is prohibited.
