The holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking must be part of the traveling party. Upon check-in at the hotel, customers are required to present the confirmation page and the credit card used to pay for the booking.
If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival:
1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
3) Copy of the credit card holder's passport

| Cancellation Policy: | Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Internet: Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
