From Singapore:
Bintan Island is accessible via high-speed catamarans from Singapore’s Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. The journey takes about 55 minutes.

From Indonesia:
From Batam’s Hang Nadim Airport, you can take a domestic flight to Bintan Island. Alternatively, you can also take a speedboat from Batam’s Nongsa Ferry Terminal and Bandar Bentan Ferry Terminal in Bintan Resorts. The journey takes about 55 minutes.

Credit card payments are made in Rupiah under Indonesian banking requirements. The credit card will, however, show the amount in your home currency at the exchange rate used by your card issuing bank.

Room rates are charged in USD. However, the hotel will bill you in SGD and the rate will be converted using the hotel exchange rate applicable on the day of transaction.
