Bintan is pleasantly warm and sunny all year round. During the day, temperatures range between 21 to 32 degrees centigrade. The humidity levels vary from 61 to 96 percent. From October to March, the weather is refreshingly cool. Commonly known as the monsoon season, days like these see more rainfall and stronger winds. In the tropics, light clothing is advised, as well as the use of sunblock.

From Singapore – Nirwana Beach Club is accessible from Singapore's Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT), via high-speed catamarans. The journey takes 55 minutes and the catamaran’s check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. Each passenger has up to 20 kg baggage allowance. Tickets are available at Ticketing Counter 5, Singapore Cable Car Counters at TMFT and through selected travel agents in Singapore.

From Indonesia - Take a domestic flight to Hang Nadim Airport, on the neighbouring island of Batam. Regular speedboats are available from Nongsa Ferry Terminal, in Batam, and Bandar Bentan Ferry Terminal, in Bintan Resorts. The journey takes approximately 55 minutes.
